I tried attaching the profile but it said I couldn't with the file extension .cfg. I tried just changing the file extension to .jpg and attached it, but I don't know if that works.

My apologies, Ron61, I’m new to this so the configuration software is all Greek to me. If you are referring to checking the pull box, I did that as well with the same results. See attached screen shot. If I’m missing something else that I’m simply not picking up on, please let me know.
