Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System (In Development)
So about 6 days passed between the announcement and release of the VKB ultimate grip, and Chinese NY is on the 12 of Feb, subtract 6 days from that and you get Feb 6th. So if the announcement and release window is similar to the grip, if we don't hear anything after the 6th or 7th, I guess then it's...

Re: Unveiling the VKB TECS Throttle Control System (In Development)
Long throw for the throttles is a must. VKB seems to be the only peripherals manufacturer that understands the ergonomics of a Hotas should include decent throws. that long S stick extension is about the only reason I can do formation and A/A refueling half decent, having max fine control over thrus...

Re: KG12 problem - no buttons
I just had a similar problem where no button would work and the red light would flash on the black box. I think I solved it. 1. Disconnect any grip you have on the base. Just have the base, no grip. 2. Flash the effected grip/grips. Do this while there is no grip on the vkb base. 3. Put the grip bac...

Re: No way to switch sidewinder? (F14 grip)
That's a little disappointing, the vipril replica allows the button press in the sw position to toggle between stations.

No way to switch sidewinder? (F14 grip)
On the F-14 grip, a button press on the weapon selector switch while in SW, should switch between the stations loaded out with sidewinders with each press, but the switch cannot be depressed when SW is selected.
Is this not how it worked?

Re: tomcat grip odd control loss bug
I solved the issue, it was a conflict with the thrustmaster's target program whenever a switch or button was pressed that held Ctrl, shift, or alt down.
For some reason that blocks input.

tomcat grip odd control loss bug
An odd occurrence is occasionally happening when using the tomcat grip. While playing DCS, everything would be working fine, but suddenly, the buttons on the tomcat grip as well as the switches on my Thrustmaster throttle will stop responding to presses. The axes would still work, but none of the bu...

Rumble joysticks?
I know that FFB patents (plus how expensive ffbs are for a niche market) are still being held, but would that cover joysticks that rumbled? Could it be a viable alternative if rumble motors are much cheaper and easier to intergrate into joysticks than ffbs?
