Well, I am incredibly stupid apparently. Didn't really think that was clickable (Probably should have gone back and read the instructions again too).

Sorry to waste your all's time on this, but that definitely solved it for me.

Same result with the updated ZBootloader as in the original image. In the VkbDevCFG the "Bootloader" button is grayed out.
