Re: Gladiator MK II Deadzone issue and more
Did you actually check with the tester though? It's not off by much, but enough to throw you off in certain situations, e.g. FA-Off in Elite. I wouldn't even call it a flaw since it gives more precision in the center this way, and you can always fix it with a deadzone.

Re: Gladiator MK II Deadzone issue and more
Do you have a MKII, fallout9? If this is the non-pro we are talking about, then mine has the sloppy center also, and when I asked around after getting it, other owners said theirs is the same. The joystick itself is very precise, but there's a lot of play at the center, which required me to put a pr...

Re: T-Rudders Mk.IV toe brakes
Nope, I had it working with an MS FFB2 as well. And it didn't work with any of my sticks before loading that profile, including the Gladiator MkII. I could assign a T-Link button, but no effect. Not sure why you get the error. Make sure you're loading "BB_T-Link_v1_81_6.cfg". I am using T-...

Re: Virtual Toe Brakes
No, the firmware is a separate .vkb file. I used that profile and my black box still show as 1.96 in VKBDevCfg. AFAIK the only way to update the firmware is with the ZBootloader application.

Re: Virtual Toe Brakes
I had to load a configuration profile to get mine working. Download this file: http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Firmware/BlackBox/BB_v1_81_6.zip You want to load the file in Profiles/T-Link called BB_T-Link_v1_81_6.cfg. You can do this by hitting the Aux panel in the T-Link software, which will show the Load/...

Re: Can't Remove Cam Assembly from T-Rudder Mk. IV
Another problem I discovered. When adjusting the footrest, there was a grinding noise/feel in one of the bolts. Upon closer inspection, there is some damage to the piece beside the nut for that bolt, as well as the slot where it grinds against. Here's a pic demonstrating some of the damage: https://...

Re: Can't Remove Cam Assembly from T-Rudder Mk. IV
Ok, I was finally able to get it out. I had to flip it over and push on the base to get enough force to pop the cam assembly out. I saw this method used in the Mk III video. When I did this, the bearing stayed stuck in the housing. Here's what concerns me. After taking it apart the first time, I app...

Can't Remove Cam Assembly from T-Rudder Mk. IV
Hello, Just got my T-Rudders today. I followed the directions in the video on the VKB site on how to disassemble the pedals to remove the cam assembly. I'm sure I removed all the necessary bolts. The assembly feels loose and can be jiggled around, but I can't actually seem to remove it. I tried to a...
