I do not believe there is a metal gimbal for the Gladiator MkII. I will say I do not feel it is necessary. It is very light and easy to move, I prefer it to other joysticks I have had that are very stiff.

I hope they plan on making more. I have definitely been talking it up to my group - I am SO pleased with this Space Gladiator! (if you did not know, that is the device name after the upgrade)

Thx, and wow that is cool. I have not used VKBdevcfg before, and it looks extremely capable but a bit complex. I look forward to the possibilities but have a lot to learn about it.

I just completed my upgrade, all good now except my 9 A-C buttons on the base do not work (not seen in wizzo). Is that expected? hmm, i am having same issue after installing upgrade kit lite on my Gladiator Mk II and adding the SCG Premium stick. everything on base works, but no buttons, etc. on stick, led's do light up when plugged in, red led flashing on base. what was a stuck pin? could be a lot of things. thx.
