Re: Desk Mount
I like all of the holes that give you some flexibility on mounting. I have a pretty weird-sized desk and haven't found a commercial mounting system that works for me yet.
Maybe this is the one?

Re: I made a thing. Surplus Flight Control Keypad, rewired to USB, powered by a Teensy 2.0, and mounted to VKB Gunfighte
I finished up two more (this time stickless) keypads for friends: https://imgur.com/a/rJ3U94j The specs on these keypads are the same as the previous unit, minus the VKB stick. So that's: Alphanumeric keys (A-Z, 0-9), period, minus, slash, F1-F7, Esc, Enter, Backspace; 14 Joystick/gamepad buttons; 2...

Re: Virpil New Grip with twist....
Well, apparently there's gonna be a big announcement this month about at least a few things. I think VKB said somewhere that linear cams were confirmed for that, and hopefully twist adaptors are also on that list? I'll believe it when I see it, and even their notification of an announcement was vag...

If I could provide constructive criticism, I see it's a left-hand stick. It might be ergonomically better to place the keypad on the right side of the stick. I can imagine that your hands would get in the way of each other as you try to fly the plane and type on the pad at the same time. 1) you're ...

Re: Idea: Brake lever adapter for Kosmosima?
What would you bind to the brakes? Thrust up/down? Pedals are still roll/yaw, depending on how you like it?

Re: I made a thing. Surplus Flight Control Keypad, rewired to USB, powered by a Teensy 2.0, and mounted to VKB Gunfighte
This one isn't directly related to VKB hardware, but I made another HOTAS controller, this tine for Kerbal Space Program. https://m.imgur.com/a/8uzr5yu After the aircraft keypad, I ended up with an extra USB controller board sitting around unused and that wouldn't do. So I decided to make another th...

Re: Gladiator Pro Gimbal Upgrade
As a DIY project it may be an interesting challenge, but seriously, they are simply not made one for the other - GF's giblets and Gladiator casing. Yes I remember some spy movie of the 1970s where there was a Jaguar engine in a Mini :) but let's agree that Mini is a pretty good car as is, and so is...

Thank you for this. I'm looking around for another piece of gear to repurpose for my other stick and you've given me something to search for.
