Got the new GATE CONT ministick today and switched it out. Seems to have calibrate fine, fingers crossed that everything works and stays this way now.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
8.PNG Contacts cleaned, no difference. No. EDIT - I just spent like 5min just re-calibrating the Rot Z axis in different ways, initially pushing down on button 8 seemed to have a big impact on how Rot Z behaved. But now I got numbers like this and everything feels right. Fingers crossed nothing cha...

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Worked fined for about an hour or so in DCS, took a break and got back to the computer now. Haven't touched anything and now it's acting like this without any input:

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Did not change anything.
But if I manually change these values and do not re-calibrate, I almost get fun travel of the Rot Z axis.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
No changes. I set the value to the same as in the left column and Set, still can't use the vertical movement on the POV microstick.
And then I tried calibrating it again, then it switch the right column value to 255 again.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Only the left value change.
Rot Z seems to be Vertical
Slider1 is horizontal, but they are both the same POV/Gate Const Microstick.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Have done this and now the No.6 axis/Rot Z has completely stopped working, it's showing full value(65535) and constantly has the POV in down position.
Movement completely gone in the Rot Z axis:
Pressing the Reset/Default button changes nothing.

Re: MCG Pro - Rot Z Axis off center
Just got home, have not changed ANYTHING and now its behaving the way it should. Screenshot of when it's not working: VKBJoyTester.PNG EDIT - Scratch that. It's already starting to misbehave, not getting full travel of the axis: VKBDevCfg12.PNG Not so much right now, but it's only getting worse. And...

After an hour of gaming I now have the same problem, the Rot Z is now not calibrated again.
I have tried to re-calibrate it now a couple of time but I'm still getting values like these:
