Some buttons are work in axis. They connect to different different resistors. When you press different button, the aixs number(voltage) changes. Do you have a solder iron? Try to apply a layer of tin on the contact pad to make it a bit thicker.
It helps reduce gap between pins and pads. And it's easier to repair once it's wear again.
It won't void your warranty.
We will also send you new contact pads for replacing your current one.

More tests, It seems that in every position of the DC Hat (right side one) its have one error level indication as you can see in this video, but not always does it, if I reconnect the USB sometimes does, sometimes dont, I dont know if this is realted to the original problem. https://www.youtube.com...

Load this profile and you can see the trigger axis in joytester.
