I love my Gladiator MkII and T-Rudderes for combat sims. Thought about making a yoke for regular sims (x-Plane, P3D)? There is a big hole in the market for mid-grade yokes. Try calibrating through VKBDevCfg. Had the same prob in X-Plane. I don't have the pedals plugged into the joystick though. I have it directly to the PC.

I've been scouring the boards and net and haven't found a solution/answer. I plan to put together a HOTAS setup with the Gladiator as the focus.
