Re: Gladiator Pro Mk.II Grip connector...
Mine broke under warranty and they sent me the parts to fix it, except I don't think you can. I may look around for an older model as well as I have 3 grips that are useless now. I sent support an e-mail and they told me to send an e-mail to Russia and they never replied back to me... I may just but...

[Being Resolved] Who do I contact for and RMA?
All troubleshooting has failed to resolve the issue I was having and I suspect the new Kosmo's stick has fried my Gladiator base will no longer work with my MCG pro stick nor the K12 stick.

Re: Bootloader - Device not Ready & can't fix
Well,
I reset the computer, tried again and same issue. I booted the freshly installed PC in a clean boot mode and still same issue. So it is definitly not any third party software that has interfered with the flashing.
This is a VKB software issue or the joystick that was sold to me has issues.

Re: Bootloader - Device not Ready & can't fix
I tried pausing Virus software and closed anything that might prevent the flashing of the Joystick. I have tried using the prev version of the software and still nothing. Really frustrating

Thank you for the reply,
Do you perhaps have a picture of where the BOOT pins might be? I see BOOT on the circuit board but no pins, there are holes where pins should be.

Re: Bootloader - Device not Ready & can't fix
I checked the website and although it says that you can reset the jumpers on the circuit board it does not indicate how that may be done. I see no jumper pins even though I can see where it says BOOT on the circuit board. I have tried different USB ports and I am not sure what changed as I have swap...

Re: Bootloader - Device not Ready & can't fix
I tried the those as well with no luck.
It's almost like the BOOT on the circuit board needs to be reset but I am not sure how to do that. I can see BOOT (very small txt) on the main board but there are no jumper pins on it.

No coms with the stick. The base works fine, just not the stick. I have checked and rechecked that the grip is connected properly to the base but nada
Would pasting my DXDiag mean anything to and be helpful to post?

Re: Bootloader - Device not Ready & can't fix
I am having the same issues as listed above. I have a Gladiator Pro MII and I just received the SCG grip and get a coms error with the stick. There is a coms error when flashing. The base buttons all work and it wants to see the stick but in the external tab the scg stick is red and shows a coms err...
