VKB FSC Europe and my ticket #575 got initial reply with a satisfactory solution but never a follow up... It's been a long while now.. Anyway of chasing it? Should I open a new ticket?

I had one reply to the #575 ticket but no follow up.. I think the only thing left there is just to pack and send the replacement button module? It's been quite a long while.... I think the Orthodox Xmas is almost over now?
